01 Minimums
Thread is typically able to offer minimums far below a normal private label apparel program. Minimums need to be quoted per project, as they vary depending upon required fabrics. However, Thread typically can design and manufacture custom apparel for as few as 500 units.
02 Lead Times
Timing is critical when developing a professional apparel program. Lead times can vary depending upon complexity and time of year. As a general rule, production typically requires 90 days from approval of proto samples. Shipping via ocean freight is 30 - 35 days depending upon method chosen. Airfreight and expedited shipping are available for orders under tighter deadlines.
03 Packaging
Custom hangtags, UPC tags and stickers, mixed packaging, specialized carton markings and any unique packaging requirements are all available to you. When working with large OEM’s and fashion brands, packaging is critical as each client has its own unique vendor guidelines that must be followed without exception.
